REGISTRATION

Oekaki BBS (Doodle Bulletin Board System) is a hosted ad management application that you can use for free without having to install or maintain it on your server.

The number of pictures held is 50, and additionally 30 pictures for holding old works. Totally 80 pictures can be held.

You can completely customize the layout and functions of your BBS.

Please submit at least one picture per 60 days, or your service will be terminated in order to save our server space.

Setup is very simple, all you do is to register for OekakiBBS on the next page after agreeing to the terms of service shown below.

Terms of Service

OekakiBBS.com provides the OekakiBBS service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service. By using the OekakiBBS Service, you affirm that you have read and agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms of Service.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

OekakiBBS.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices. Your continued use of the OekakiBBS Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MEMBER CONDUCT

You Agree That You Will Not Use The Service To:
1. Infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any existing national or international copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity whatsoever.

3. Upload any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
4. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

NO COPYING OR RESALE OF SERVICES

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, download, disseminate, publish, transfer, sell, resell or exploit for any purposes whatsoever, any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise modify the Services, or attempt to do any of the foregoing.

TERMINATION

You agree that OekakiBBS.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the OekakiBBS service and remove and discard any content within the service. Further, you agree that OekakiBBS.com shall not be liable to you for any termination of the service.

ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

By creating your OekakiBBS, you agree that OekakiBBS.com has the right to use your registered information for providing advertisements and promotions. OekakiBBS.com do not share any personally identifiable information with outside parties for commercial purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
(a) OEKAKIBBS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES ON THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES AND INFORMATION.
(b) OEKAKIBBS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
